CNC MACHINIST
Understands blueprints/sketches to determine critical dimensions. Proficient in running Mazak and/or DMG type machines & in programming using Mastercam. 5 axis machining & programming a plus. HS Diploma/G.E.D. + min 5 yrs exp in a machine shop. Min 2 yrs exp on Mazak and/or DMG machines req.

DESIGNER
Designs products/tooling via Solid Works Solid Modeling program. Engineer tooling/packaging per customer req. Write programs for 3 & 5 axis CNC machines to manufacture tool components in Mastercam. Associate’s Degree + 1 yr related exp.

PROCESS TECHNICIAN
Makes repairs & troubleshoots components w/ use of meters, blueprints, & other specs. Hydraulics, pneumatics, electro-mechanical devices & PLC’s req. Plastics forming processes a plus. Technical schooling in electro-mechanical technology req.
