Automatic Locking Device (ALD)

The ALD is a patented conveying system featuring components that will close all of Inline Plastics' clamshell containers. This machine features adjustable guide rails, a lid closing rail, and container locking wheels.

The ALD is a continuous motion machine that is capable of closing Inline Plastics' containers at rates up to 120 units per minute!

Height Adjustment: 29 to 38 inches. Other heights available upon request

Utility Requirements:
Electrical: Standard: 110 VAC, 10A, 1 ph
  Optional: 230/460 VAC, 5A, 3 ph
Setup: Adjustable guide rails, lid closing rail and height adjustable locking wheels. Setup time is approximately 2 minutes.
Conveyor Speed: Variable speeds, 0-120 feet per minute
Product Sizes & Weights: All of Inline Plastics' clamshell containers can be closed by the ALD. Product weights can run as low as 6 ounces and lighter product weights are obtainable with testing provided by Inline Plastics' Engineering Department.
