The reciprocating placer is a machine that takes containers from a stack then dispenses and places them onto a product-loading conveyor. Working in conjunction with reciprocating placer manufacturers, we have developed and successfully integrated reciprocating placers with the remaining components of our automation line. This relationship has allowed Inline Plastics to deliver a system that reliably and accurately dispenses, places, and transports clamshell packaging.

Systems are available to satisfy production speeds up to 120 units per minute. An added bonus is that the equipment setup and changeover time can typically be completed in less than 10 minutes!

Product Loading Conveyor

Application-specific product loading conveyors are designed and engineered by Inline Plastics. This allows for difficult conveying situations to be addressed by the people who know their packaging best: Inline Plastics! Tall lid containers, which typically do not convey well or allow for easy food loading on standard conveyors, are handled effortlessly with the Product Loading Conveyor. In addition, our design engineers leave no stone unturned in their efforts to insure that proper integration with the reciprocating placer and our patented automatic locking device is achieved allowing for smooth, consistent transitions from one piece of equipment to another.

Inline Plastics product-loading conveyors can also be equipped with quick changeover guide rails that will allow you to run a multitude of packaging with minimal setup time.
