The tamper evident labeling system features components that will apply a wrapped label to the front edge of Inline Plastics' clamshell containers. The system includes a container rotation feature that rotates the container so that the label can be applied to the front edge of the container where it is then tamped and wiped down.

The label wraps from the lid of the container, down and around onto the bottom forming a tamper evident seal. The tamping of the label removes tenting (gaps) which may occur underneath the label at the vertical surfaces of the lid and tray of the package.
