Inline Plastics is proud to announce the Automatic Weigh and Fill System as the latest addition to its packaging automation systems program! The Weigh and Fill System is an automatic food product handling system that weighs and dispenses a determined batch weight of product into Inline Plastics' OPS and PETE containers.

Inline Plastics Corp. has teamed with outside manufacturers to develop and integrate weigh and fill equipment for our packaging automation systems line-up. The systems (shown above) offer either single or dual vibratory feed trays that provide two-stage feeding. The initial stage feeds at a high rate until a preset weight just below your target weight has been reached. At this point, the bulk feed ceases and the dribble stage "tops off" the batch to the desired weight. Upon completion of the weighing, the batch is then dumped into the waiting container. The system is in constant communication with the denester and product loading conveyor to ensure appropriate timing for the process.

In addition, the Automatic Weigh and Fill System can be easily and reliably integrated into the remaining components of our packaging automation systems!
