Inline Plastics Corp. Announces Settlement of Patent Litigation with EasyPak, LLC
(December 5, 2016) Inline Plastics Corp., Shelton, CT announced today that it has entered into a settlement agreement with EasyPak LLC, Leominster, MA concerning the infringement of several patents associated with Inline’s Safe-T-Fresh® tamper-evident packaging. Although the terms of the agreement are being kept confidential, Inline Plastics’ current patents on its Safe-T-Fresh® containers remain in effect. The settlement is mutually agreeable to both parties and a joint stipulation of dismissal was filed and entered by the court.
